Sim card not arrived

Ordered a new sim only contract sim card had an email saying it was on the way but its been 6 days now and I have not received any sim yet

Can't select a deal, the website keeps redirecting me

Hi I keep getting a message saying my SIM is not working. Restarting doesn't help. Nothing wrong with the network. Massively long queue on 150 and I can never get through. My phone is basically useless. What do I do? Thanks, Anna
