Why Cant I Upgrade

I keep trying to upgrade as the contract ends in December and the website says i can. Yet when i choose a phone in fact any phone the website says there is no plans available. Ive tried it on several phones yet still get no plans available , cant upgrade yet says i can, very annoying. Could somebody please help as getting to the stage where 3 looks available but i want to stay on E.E. Thanks

r to me i try loads of upgrade phones yet no plans available on several phones. Totally hopeless

@cogdog69  You’ll need to call customer services about this as it sounds like your taking advantage of the annual upgrade that’s part of your current tariff.  You only see that message if there are no tariffs the same or more costly than you have now.
