Where can I leave some positive feedback?

Previously a CPW customer, I've just renewed with EE on a Pixel 5 pre-order. Sadly, I was off with a bit of a bumpy start following incorrect delivery (having updated my address), non-delivery thereafter and the threat of being without a handset for the weekend (I'm always on call).

 

Uninspired by some of the customer service representitives on the phone, I set about getting a handset in store and juggling around some paperwork/orders to make ends meet.

 

The first store I went to was unable to help as they had no stock, the second store I stopped at, in the Cobham Sainsbury's, were nothing short of brilliant. They went through the aggro of adding the new handset to my plan, cancelling my handset that was "out for delivery" somewhere, swapping over my EE simcard to work in the new device there and then. It took about an hour to get everything sorted but they persisted in getting it sorted and making sure I had a handset that was usable, even going as far as to get the number swapped over there and then saved me a massive headache down the line.

 

I was hoping a text message would come through asking for feedback but I haven't yet received it, so I'd like to make a HUGE shout out to Arada, Sandeep and David for their amazing patience and persistance to get everything working. If anyone has a link I can resubmit this to or can pass this on internally, please do!

It's great to hear that you managed to get this sorted and get a phone working for the weekend!

 

Hopefully you get a survey text through so they will get the feedback directly!
