What is the long delay on getting the note 10+ out to pre orders ?

@Robmoore A pre-order is not a guarantee of receiving advice on launch day or a couple of days after, it depends how many devices Samsung send to EE so EE can send them out. Don’t forget Samsung are launching this on other carriers who are also wanting their supply of devices. There is no delay and a device hasn’t been allocated to you yet because basically Samsung hasn’t produced enough for anyone who wants one.

The current estimate on the website is that the phone will be dispatched within 28 days.
We'll send the phone out to you as soon as we can. You'll get a text message the day before and morning of delivery from DPD.

Had this message yesterday and went out of my way to pick it up to be told they dont get there delivery till the mid afternoon this company is shocking
