My new Samsung A20e will be the wrong colour

Yeah, I just upgraded my mobile plan and ordered a new Samsung A20e in black. I just recieved a conformation email, but it says the phone is white. What should i do to ensure i get the black one?

Resolved! Note 10 + delivery awaiting confirmation

I ordered my new note 10+ a week ago and was wondering if there was a back log of devices, if so how log are we expecting to wait? I have no issue waiting i would just like to know for any update.

How do I confirm my order for upgrade has gone through?

I have received an email with a code however whenever I go to try and track the order it says invalid. Is there another way to confirm my order for upgrade has gone through.   My app is still trying to get me to upgrade
