What SIM do I put in my new phone?

TTREVAIL

Hello,

I have upgraded my old EE contract which was SIM only to a pay monthly phone contract. Phone arrived today, but what SIM do I put in and use? I assumed I would use my old one as it would retain my number etc, and the billing for this phone would be transferred over from my old SIM??

Help please 😁

Hi @TTREVAIL

Quite often EE will supply a replacement SIM with new devices in-case, for whatever reason, your existing SIM has a problem or is unsuitable for whatever reason.

If none of these apply, and your existing SIM works in your new phone - then you are free to continue doing so, and to file the replacement SIM appropriately!
