Very new to having the 5GEE router, although we only get 4G in our area.
Generally happy with it, but occasionally web pages fail to load like there is no internet connection and it comes back about a minute later.
I know the internet had not gone down as I am on a video call at the time.
It is just annoying when you may be doing a financial transaction or a purchase and it seems to just not be connected at all.
This does happen with any type of web page and does also happen with things like BBC news. When it does happen it affects all browser tabs and not just the one particular site.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thank you for the response again, but I still don't understand how changing room will give a better download performance and completely change those numbers.
Very inconsistent.
We still have our slower landline broadband which I have switched back on and that is more stable and consistent.
The kids also see disconnects on their games a lot, which is obviously not ideal.
Today is my day to decide whether to keep the 4gEE or not. And that will depend on whether it is working for us.

Hi @sk15Kev ,
On 4G LTE mobile broadband, performance measurements taken immediately successively can differ by a little and sometimes even by a lot so will also differ in different rooms.
You've taken the right approach to keep home wired broadband while you assess 4GEE. Personally, I've found 4G LTE for the home to be fine for me but this is location dependent and performance may be better with my Netgear MR1100 than a service provider-supplied device.
Suitability many also depend on how confident you are with technical things or whether you need something that just works. Wired will always be more stable but I've traded that stability for higher bandwidth. Good luck!
