its says need to add number but its allready taken cannot change pass word in 192.168.1.1

Yes  and also top up and keeps telling me to add device and say its already being used by another account holder and to log out and then back in

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it.
