Watch 'Out of stock now'

When a watch is labelled as 'Out of stock now' but below it states 'Now in stock. Usually despatched within 1 day.' - then says email me when back in stock, what does this mean?

The sentences themselves contradict one another. How can it be out of stock, but now in stock, and usually despatched with 1 day?

Is this saying they are out of stock, but expect despatch within 1 day, or are they just clueless. This seems like a common theme on these forums.

And don't even get me started on telephony staff!

Hi @wizzywig27,

Welcome back to the community 🙂

Can you let me know which watch you have ordered?

If you can include the colour and size variant I can check the stock levels for you for estimated delivery.

Alex 🙂

Evening Alex

any update for us waiting for Stainless Steel 44mm models? Pre ordered day one apparently EE have received no stock from Apple.

EE said 21st then 22nd then 23rd then tomorrow but I noticed my order hasn’t moved so doubt it!

02 are saying  6 week wait at least,

If EE were more open with at least estimating we could make inform decisions of if we should pick a different model or not.

  • Thanks

Hi @Marrila,

Apple Watch Series 6 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

Alex 🙂

Why bother even replying if this is going to be your response.

Poor customer service

O2 with their 6 week wait, are simply managing the customers expectations. Something EE could look to go too, you may find the device will turn up sooner than that so O2 will look good too.

Stop with the generic response it’s boring and not even answering the questions all you are saying is same thing and it’s embarrassing.
