Hi ,
I am switching from another provider to EE. I placed an order for a PAYM contract with new iPhone on 24th May. Not heard anything other than confirmation email and order reference. Seems like a long time, is this normal? Can I please get an update on expected delivery?
I am porting my number and have provided the PAC.

Could you send me the link to the right customer service department? None of the help topics cover my question, I can't track the order because I only have an order reference (not a tracking reference) and I can't see where I can ask the right person!
