I upgraded my phone earlier this year but I didn't use the upgraded phone nor the new sim which arrived.
I had been using my old phone and my old sim. Today I have lost my old phone with my old sim in it but I am unable to activate my replacement sim as I needed a code which was sent to my old phone.
How do i go about fixing this? I cant order a new sim online either as it needs a text authentication code to confirm the order which i cant provide as I have lost me old phone.

@bethanyhurst19 you need to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card. You can also request that your old device is blocked.
