Upgraded online. My order has no updates. EE, please help.

Hi.

 

My contract ended this month.  Upgraded to the MY EE app. On the 16th. Still no text about delivery. No new phone delivered.

 

Help?

I'd recommend speaking to our upgrades team on 150 to make sure everything's OK with your order.
