I have ordered an Apple Watch S6 44m stainless steel - I am yet to receive a delivery date, has anybody received a stainless steel version yet?

I ordered mine on Thursday morning and found out tonight that it was cancelled by EE with no prior warning.

Happpened to me with my order for the aluminium space gray. I spotted on here that there were some orders being cancelled, and checked with chat. Was basically told “it was out of stock “ - but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t checked. Very annoyed. Re-ordered a diff model, have had a “thanks for order” “order confirmed” and “order on the way” email, but tracking says pre-order confirmed. Hoping I’ll get it Monday

EE have handled the orders for the Series 6 Stainless Steel terribly.
I had my order that I made at 7.30 on Thursday cancelled without being told, I only found out when I contacted live chat on Thursday afternoon to check on the status of the order and they told me it had been cancelled. So they put the order through again before I placed the order they confirmed that delivery would still be 18th September. Then after spending 30 mins going through all the details of the order again (why they couldn't take the details of what I ordered from the original order I don't know). I confirmed all the Ts&Cs and had the order placed and then they suddenly changed to not being able to guarantee delivery would be 18th September, but it was in stock and would be delivered within a few days.
Checking the status of my order over the past few days it just says Awaiting confirmation next to delivery date. So today I went on live chat to ask for a delivery date, they said the system still showed 18th September. They started blaming it on the pandemic and supply issues, then they said my order was stuck and they would need to place a new one and if they did delivery would be Monday 21st Sept. Then when I asked why it was stuck they blamed it on the pandemic again, so I questioned how the pandemic can impact a computer system. Then they changed their mind again and it wasn't stuck, and they said it would be delivered on 21st Sept. I'm not sure I believe them because I was originally told it would be delivered on 18th Sept. I think they just make it up as they go along on live chat.

I did contact EE yesterday’s bud they said my order was being processed and as soon as they have stock available it will be shipped.
I am hoping that my order does not get cancelled as mine was an early upgrade which cost me £80. If it’s going to take more than 2 weeks to be in stock I could have waited and got the early upgrade cheaper as this decreases by the day.
