Upgraded mobile sent is the wrong model

I requested Samsung S21 Ultra for my upgrade, but EE have sent me the wrong model in error, (looks like an S21 model) I cannot contact EE until tomorrow.  Does anyone have a suggestion what I can do, as I am going on a business trip tomorrow and will be out of the country for 12 days. Many thanks for any help.  BW L

You have 14 days from when you receive the handset to return it. You will need to contact EE first in 150 and let them know you intend to return it.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
