Upgrade

I upgraded on 6th Sept and have email confirmation. MyEE still asking me to upgrade. No money taken and DPD have no delivery for me. Why

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can chase this for you. 

 

Please call 150 from your EE handset and follow the options provided.

@ygilly   Your email confirmation is an automated reply.   DPD will text you on the day of delivery and not before hand and they’ll know nothing about a delivery for you until they get a delivery that’s is for you.     You ordered Sunday and I’m guessing that your order will be one of many over the week end that has to be looked at.    Your account saying you can still upgrade is because you haven’t upgraded yet you’ve placed an order that is your upgrade.  If you’ve not paid the upfront cost today/tomorrow I’ll give customer services a call about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for your answer. I am still waiting and find it very poor that I wasn't told this at time of order. How long am I going to have to wait. My contract is up very soon and I don't want to be without phone cover. I am confused by the whole process and by the difficulty of contacting EE.
