I upgraded my phone a couple of weeks ago and took up damage cover it was meant to come with a free minute one accessories pack that I have still not received. The person I dealt with when ordering my phone was really helpful so no complaints there just wondered if there was a problem with getting the pack as was waiting for the screen proctector and didn’t want to order one then the pack arrives

@AP08 You should of got it with the device, you’ll need to call customer services about this.
