Hi i'v tried getting intouch with ee with regards to my upgrade what I did on Friday 29/01/2021,i'v had 1 email saying they were processing my order but nothing else and I haven't had any text from the delivery company. Also when I try and track my order it doesn't tell me anything. I did my upgrade through my ee app for the samsung galaxy s21 ultra in phantom silver.

If you're unable to track your order online, the only way to get an update would be to contact our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account, please be patient when calling.

I'v tried but getting nowhere also on my online ee it is now saying I'm not eligible for an upgrade, is this because i'v already done the upgrade?

What happens when you try to call?
Yes, you won't be eligible to upgrade on your account of there is already an upgrade being processed.
