If I upgrade my daughter’s phone that is on my account will she be notified by text about the upgrade?  I’m hoping to do it as a surprise for her birthday!  Thank you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

To make sure the contact number for any texts is not her number, please call us on 150 and our Mobile Care team will help with the upgrade 🙂

Thanks @Leanne_T , all sorted now after a quick call earlier.  Should have one happy 16 year old on Tuesday 🥳
