I placed an order for Iphone 13 silver 128GB. I have been told soo many different reasons as to why my order has not arrived yet.
When I placed the order for the phone I was not told that it would take this long to come, I was actually told it would be delivered the next day. I contacted someone the next day via the online chat and was told my order was open and the phone is in high demand, this person then told me that i would received emails and text message on Monday (13.12.2021) with my delivery date etc.
Yet again nothing on Monday, spoke to someone else yesterday on the online chat there now saying it can take 14 days to deliver. I was not told this at the beginning. I don't normally have problems with delivery from EE. Can someone please tell me when i will be receiving my order???
