When I got to upgrade my phone is says they’re no deals for any phones. Also is that chat online feature gone?

Are you looking to do an early 'anytime upgrade' or are you in the last 45 days of your contract?

One of the upgrade anytime conditions is that you have to change to a plan that is the same price, or more, that you're paying at the moment.

 

It sounds like our system might be having problems finding a plan like that. I would definitely recommend speaking to our upgrades team over the phone to see if they can look into this for you.
