Anybody else waiting for delivery of their upgrade but it’s gone past the expected delivery time. Tracking the order but says despatch expected in 24hrs but that was days ago !!

Yeah I’ve got the same issue, where I got a text on the 4th of November saying my order is now with my courier DPD and that I’ll shortly receive a sms text from dpd with your delivery slot however I didn’t get nothing since and it’s been 3 days now and still nothing, no delivery or any text or email. So I went on to the DPD app and it says “Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area” and I’ve called up EE and they are investigating on where my parcel is…so upon that they told me if I haven’t received nothing from the next 72hours they will call me back and see what would happen from there really. It’s just taking the mick, as I ordered my upgrade from the 12th of October. And it’s basically been a month now as. I just hope my arrives within then

Yeah I ordered it the iPhone 13 pro max 256gb in graphite on the 12th of October and still no update. Still saying the same thing on the dpd app, from the 4th of November “Your parcel has delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area” 

 

like yes I got told when I ordered it saying it will take 2/3 weeks which isn’t a problem I can wait but since I got the text from EE saying dpd got my parcel and have issue delivering it then it’s a problem like what’s the issue, if you can’t deliver it yourself then I can go to dpd depo and pick it up myself if I have to

Above all still no update, I’ll keep updating here if I receive any text or even the phone itself! 

Hey please update when you can i upgraded on the 18th same phone in gold and i am still waiting for the dpd text 😭😭😭

Back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.

So this situation is sooo **bleep**ed I swear EE are gone so **bleep**, I got a call yesterday on regarding my parcel where they said they will investigate from Monday on regarding where my parcel went from dpd and they said they solved it and the parcel was getting sent back to them and then I got told “we are really sorry for the problem” and they told me that they will send me the phone tomorrow which is today so I should get a text first thing at 11am from dpd and I ain’t got nothing. No text and no info on when it’s going to be delivered today, I **bleep**ing took a day off from work cause I was told it’s coming today. She told me they got stock now and still no **bleep**, so I gave a call to EE once again today saying where my parcel is?? Cause I was promised it will arrive today…some next guy says I should now receive it tomorrow and I’m like then why the **bleep** was I told it’s going to be delivered today from dpd? Taking the **bleep**ing **bleep** honestly. 

 

The **bleep**ed up **bleep** is my sister upgraded to the new pixel 6 yesterday and she received her phone first thing today from oh guess who “DPD” but where the **bleep** is mine?  Been **bleep**ing 30days and I got **bleep**
