I upgraded my phone to a Samsung and received it yesterday by DPD, everything works apart from calling when I receive a call or make a call it instantly disconnects and says I've got no Sim in. I went back EE yesterday and they gave me a new Sim card but it's still doing the same thing. I want go back EE as I'm thinking it's the phone not the Sim. Any advice?

Does the same happen if you try the SIM card in another phone?
