Good morning hope someone can help me? I upgraded my phone yesterday and this morning I've received a email saying I need to phone 08000790531 with my xko number. And that they need more information from me. Do I need to do this????

Yes you need to call EE as your order won't be processed until you do call.
They must want to further validate your account.
