Help!

I am looking to do an early upgrade as my phone is totally broken. Right at the end of the process, EE ask to send me a PIN number. The one problem is that I cannot read said pin number as my phone is broken.

Is there a live chat feature on this website? If there is, I cannot find it. I need to speak to a human about this as frankly, trying to find out any help on here or on Twitter has been useless.

Is there a way I can do an early upgrade WITHOUT EE texting me a PIN?
