Upgrade query

Paid an additional cost for an upgrade plus delivery yesterday - all fine, but on the credit card there is a 1p charge for EE Broadband which I don't recall discussing.

Any ideas why this has been debited?

I'm not sure why you would have a charge for broadband if you were upgrading a phone. It may be worth calling our Mobile Care team to discuss this.
