I was promised a call back today at 11.30 to renew my 7 day unlimited data pack for my 4GEE wireless router, the person I spoke to yesterday said there would be no charge, but no one has called. My current one ends today. So I need the renewal to keep working from home.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard from us. If no-one has called by now, I'd recommend giving us a quick call on 150 so that we can sort that out for you.
