Just tried to place an order to upgrade one of my lines, site took me all the way through the upgrade, input my card details as the new phone had an upfront fee, payment went through and then an error message on the page came up stating something along the lines of 'our online shop is currently unavailable' just checked my bank account and the payment has been taken but no email confirmation confirming the upgrade has been successful. Help!

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account and see what stage your order is currently at, as it may still be pending.
