I upgraded my on Monday 26th online got my order code and confirmation Email 3 days later still no word if it's been dispatched or anything when I try to track it just wondering if this is normal.

What phone did you upgrade to?
Have you tried tracking this using the online tracker?, All you need is your order reference number which is at the top of your confirmation email.
If you can take a look and let me know what it says.

Hi I upgraded to a Samsung galaxy S9 and I have tried to use the online tracker but there is no info to give other then I will be emailed or texted with updates.
