Upgrade order

Hi,

 

I processed an upgrade on the 2nd November. I chose the phone (a Google Pixel 4a) and went through the whole process and received a confirmation email.

 

I still have not received any messages about the delivery, and on MyEE it still says that eligible for an upgrade, seemingly not registering that my upgrade has gone through.

 

Just a bit concerned that there has been a problem with it.

@AndyH82  Give customer services a call about it.   Your account will say you can upgrade as you don’t have the device yet or the new contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
