Hello could I please have Some help from a member of the team.
I upgraded my plan 2 days ago to a new plan and phone. I received a confirmation email but when I log in to my EE it still shows my old plan and is still offering me the option to upgrade. I have had no delivery updates even though I understood the new phone would be despatched within 24hrs (I don’t mind about this but just adds to my thinking that all is not right...)
I wanted to check everything has gone through properly?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Once your phone has been dispatched your plan will change in your My EE account.
Which model phone did you order?
Could you also let me know the colour and size?

Ah OK that does make sense, I am only concerned because there is still the option to upgrade on my EE, so I am worried that something has gone wrong!
The model I ordered is the Samsung Galaxy A51 128GB in Prism Crush White.
