Hello!
So I upgraded my phone about 3 days ago, I received a confirmation email as soon as I placed the order. But haven’t received any information about it’s status since. I’ve tried tracking the phone with the order number in the email, however it doesn’t work? I was wondering if anyone can help with this as I really need my new phone ASAP.

If EE tracker doesn't work then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.
