Upgrade not appearing

Hi,

 

I have upgraded my sim only contract from to 100gb on 14th June.   I have had emails confirming the order and the upgrade...but myEE still says 20gb.  

 

Can you get this resolved?

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account and make sure it is set up correctly.
