having receiving the upgraded phone on Tuesday 26th, the old number has still not ported and the data is only working on the snapchat app ?

Hi Jon, the issue is not moving networks, I was already on EE before upgrade, but the old number has not moved to new phone. But when I check the family account the old contract has been replaced so we now have 10g instead of 4g. we were told 48 hours but it is taking longer

Is your old SIM still working?

Hi all sorted now, I called 150 in the end as I find this process too long. Turns out we’d been sent a PAYG SIM card which we put in the new handset. Apparently all we needed to do was put original card in new handset so all sorted now. Thank you
