I am having issues with the website and app.
App just tells me there is an error when I log on.
Website confirms I'm eligible for a upgrade when I click the see upgrade links just refresh the current page, I can get to any upgrade options. Screenshot below

Have you tried a different device to see if your upgrade options show?
