Upgrade Question

SeanCY
Visitor

I recently upgraded my phone and as such I got a new simcard with my upgrade. I put the new sim in the new phone and followed the instructions on ee.co.uk/simswap my old phone has been disconnected and it said my new one should be connected within 1-24hours it's now been almost 36hours+ and my new simcard still isn't connected to the network, what should I do?

What you should've done is used your old SIM,. A new SIM is only sent on an upgrade just in case.
