Upgrade Order

Hi. I ordered a new phone (UPGRADE) on 12.04.20 and received an email saying order had been placed. I have not heard anything since. I know it was over bank holiday etc and that these are busy times. Is there a delay in processing web orders at the moment. Don't want to sit on the phone for an hour trying to find out.

Are you able to use the order number in your email to track your order?

 

You can track it using our Online Order Tracker.
