I'm due an upgrade today,or so I thought. I looked around and found a deal with another provider last week and requested my PAC,changed my mind and decided to stay with EE. Went back on my account to look at the upgrade deals but now says not eligible for upgrade.....have emailed EE countless times,no

response.  Wanted to sort my upgrade today but can't find away to talk to anyone online! Any advice appreciated

@Simone79   There is no email address you can use.   You requested your PAC code to leave EE so at present until 30 days have passed since that request you’ll not be able to upgrade.    Your only option is to call customer services on 150 from your EE device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
