I placed a order on the 23rd May and phone hasn't been delivered and on my EE it says still available to upgrade but the plan I picked isn't there anymore. 5G essential plan with 30GB data for £59 and £70 upfront for the phone. Can someone tell me if my phone 1. Has been upgraded, 2. That plan I will get as that's what I was offered.

@MmCdiarmid87 How did you place the order ? If it was online it might not of gone through and it would be best to call customer services about this.

Yes was online, I thought delivery may be later than normal with all going on. I'll give them a call thanks for your help.
