I'm on holiday in South Africa and want to insert a local sim and unlock my phone?

Hi @Esmarie 

 

You can only unlock after 6 months of ownership, but many handsets are already unlocked. Have you tried another sim in the phone?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
