Hello,
I tried texting/calling but unable. I logged on to my online account and I asked to verify my phone number. I entered my number and it gave me this error message:
Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan
Please activate my phone number . Urgent help will be highly appreciated. I can also be reached by my email.

Can you send me the CS email address or other ways to contact the CS besides by phone as I tried calling CS in the past weeks without success after 3hrs.
Also, if you require my details please say so, I will be more than happy to provide it to you but not on this medium as there is no privacy here.

Its unbelievable that I have to write a letter to CS and wait for weeks/months to receive their letter by post.
Is there a way to chat directly with CS online instead of writing a letter?
Since EE bought Tmobile, its almost impossible to resolve problem in a timely manner.
Can you give me another means of reaching out to the CS?
