Unable to reset password for EE Perks

I have been trying to reset my password for EE Perks but a reset email never comes through. I have checked my spam and junk folders. Any ideas?

Are you using the email which is registered to your Perks account?

 

Have you gained access before?

Yes I’ve accessed my account before and am using the email registered. I’ve also tried my NHS email as well in case that worked but it didn’t!
