Unable to add esim plan for galaxy watch 3

Hi I bought a Samsung galaxy watch 3 with LTE from Samsung. But when I go to wearable app to setup a mobile plan I get ” EE doesnt offer mobile plans for your watch.” I am not sure why this does not work I just need the £7 a month plan to be added. One thing to note I have 2 phones and 1 apple watch on my account. Not sure if that's why. Can you assist

I called 150 and technical support said there is an ongoing issue with adding plans and I need to wait as this issue has been going for about a week.  So i am now having to wait until this is resolved.

@James_B @Leanne_T  EE Team are you able to chase to see when the issue with adding plans to the watches will be resolved. I can see many posts on adding plans to adding Galaxy watch 3 bought from Samsung. thx

Funny just posted another thread myself and it seems neither chat nor guys on 150 know what is happening .. I just spend an hour being bounced between 150 and chat - I seriously had it ... There seem to be a serious lack of internal comms. The guy on the chat told me there is an issue with the EE App - after I told him that it has nothing to do with the app he went in loops again. Eventually I gave up and hung up the chat - waste of time. 

Im in this position now. Just brought the Samsung watch 3 lte from argos trying to add a plan with ee is a waste of time been passed to 3 differenpeople on chat so far now on the 150 on hold. Bee told its my issue with the Internet im using haha.

Im just giving up soon and will cancel my contract with ee , useless
