Trying to upgrade but can't - error message

I've been trying to upgrade for the last few days, but it keeps saying:

"SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE "

I've cleared the cache and cookies, and have tried other ways of getting to the same phone (Galaxy S21) to upgrade to it.... but it just won't let me!!

Any help appreciated!

@fluffycabbage  Have you tried a different web browser?  It might be worth calling customer services as you might get a better deal than what you see online.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes I've used Edge and Chrome, and also via my phone. Same every time! So frustrating!

I'll call them if I have to, but I don't like talking to sales people at all...

Morning @fluffycabbage

Thanks for posting on the community.

If you give us a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will be happy to go through your upgrade options with you 🙂

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

This happens to me also.  how about rather than just getting people to ring you, accept that it's a fault with the website, and get someone to fix it?  just a thought you know.
