Hello. My old number is not in my name. I want to transfer it to my new carrier and change the name on me (change ownership to me). Can I do that by requesting the PAC and do the usual process, or I need first to change the ownership to the old carrier before I do the transfer to the new? I hope it makes sense. Thank you!
