Every time I top up on the app using my bank card I get a notice saying payment failed and then get an option to add new card or to try again. I press try again, then a few minutes later I get a message saying that my account has been topped up twice. Is this a fault with the app or something else? Twice now the app has topped up double the amount it was supposed to charge. Thanks for your help

Have you tried using your My EE account online, does the same happen?
