Upgraded my phone on Friday, now trying to upgrade my tablet, but keeps taking me back to phone.

Welcome to the community.
When you log into your My EE account to upgrade your tablet have you selected Menu and then the tablet number?
If so, please give us a call and our Mobile Care team can check this for you and help you upgrade 🙂

I ended up phoning 150 and upgraded there, thanks.
