Hi,
My bills on flext plans are usually £35 for two numbers but I have received a bill for Over £107 so have contacted EE but they cant explain why>

unfortunately here on the community there isn't any account related access you will need to contact customer services on 150 from any EE device or 0800 956 6000 option 2 option 4 from any other phone.
