Hello,
My name is Malcolm Potter and my son Ian is undertaking the “LeJog”, running from Lands End to John O’Groats total of 850 miles aiming for around 40 miles per day.
He is intending to commence the event on the 15th April from Land End.
I will be driving the support vehicle as I’m far too old for this now but will be with Ian the entire journey.
Due to the Covid restrictions we are required to camp each day for the entire journey so in order to update our followers on Twitter, Press and media with video uploads etc I was enquiring if my data allowance could be uplifted for the duration of the Mini Event and the actual run.
We would have to use my iPhone for a WiFi Hot Spot and of course use a lot of data doing so.
As part of assistance we are enquiring if could kindly sponsor him with a data allowance increase please for this long journey.
I have attached his Just Giving link showing that he is completing the event on behalf and with the full backing of the MIND charity.
He has raised £3185 so far and any assistance you could help him with would be appreciated.

You can also follow his training on Strava and the “LeJog” run will be on his Twitter feed.
Hopefully the lockdown will be lifted soon as we have delayed the start twice now till the 15th April.
If you have any magnetic or static adhesive promotion banners for the support vehicle we would be glad to have them on display.
Ian is training hard and completing at least three half marathons a week with biweekly full marathons in training plus he will be completing a mini event soon.
This mini event on the 2nd April he will be running 24 miles between two of his sponsors stadiums starting at Oxford United Kassam stadium and running to Wycombe Wanderers Adams Park stadium.
Wycombe are also staging an online charity auction event for him in the near future 😊
Current sponsors include:
Wycombe Wanderers FC
Oxford United FC
Manchester United FC
**bleep**nal FC
Brew Dog Brewery
Marlow Brewery
Thanks you in anticipation of your support
Malcolm and Ian Potter
