Unhinged I'm using a Samsung A20e phone currently unlocked as far as I'm aware , phone bought from Amazon new. I have bought an EE chip and topped it up . Since I put it in my phone it says SIM card network locked . Now asking for mac code or might be locked now . Any ideas?

Sounds like phone is locked. Did it come with a SIM? Whose?

Could it be asking for a PUK or NUC?

My chip finally activated after a few hours , initially I thought I had a dud chip although, due to covid and staff shortages probably took a while.  I was unaware of PACKS to choose from as I started with 15 pound and got a 10 pound talk pack . Nearer the time I will buy a 15 pound one using PACK 15.  The150 text I received explained in better detail

This info could have been included with sim leaflet.
