I am still within the 24 month period on my sim only plan. Does anyone know if I can upgrade to a higher priced tariff offering unlimited data, without charge?

Thanks

You may switch to a contract with more data for a higher monthly price any time mid-term. You'll need to call CS to request it.

Hello @cwmparc1

How far into the 24month minimum term are you?

There is guidance on changing your payment plan whilst in your minimum term, on this EE help page

From what you've explained about wanting to increase your plan, this should be acceptable - but the page I've linked to does provide additional detail which may be worth a read.
